Living with Celiac Disease

Hi,
My name is Karen Walsh and I have Celiac's.

They say everything happens for a reason.  I really believe this. I was really sick for many years and none of the physicians I went to could find what was wrong with me.  They kept trying to treat my symptoms and not treat the cause.  I ended up in the hospital for 18 days, two operations, ICU and blood transfusions.  I was finally diagnosed with Celiac.

I had to go on a gluten free diet and this took me to the health food store.  I started researching everything I  needed to know to heal myself. Then to make things worse, my son at 17 was diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis.  I found the book Patient Heal Thyself.  I was amazed at what Jordan Rubin had been through and how he persevered to heal himself.  I set off on my own journey to educate myself on natural healing.

I became certified as a Certified Natural Health professional and connected myself with other holistic professionals.  I knew I wanted to work in a business that had something to do with natural health.  I have a degree in Social Work and have always loved helping people improve their lives.  Now I wanted to help them improve their health.

I learned of a new company about to launch.  It was called Beyond Organic.  When I heard it was owned by Jordan Rubin, I said sign me up!  I knew his products were going to be of the highest quality and everything he does is to the glory of God.  Thats the kind of business I want to represent!

Recently, I had the opportunity to go to the Beyond Organic Ranch and it brought me to tears that one man is trying to change our food supply.  Thank you Jordan, your amazing! I love this company and the amazing foods.
